Background

In 2024, Cardano undertook one of the most complex transitions in blockchain governance: handing over full control of its multi-billion ADA treasury to the community. At the same time, the protocol aimed to accelerate real-world adoption through partnerships with enterprises, governments, and NGOs. The challenge? Execute at scale, without expanding the Foundation's core team. Cardano needed a partner that could operate across legal, strategy, education, and ecosystem delivery with the precision, trust, and adaptability expected from protocol-level leadership.
